In addition to their responsibilities of reporting unclaimed property to the states, many of the professionals who are active UPPO members are also responsible for recovering unclaimed property on behalf of their companies and their clients. Claimants' representatives represent owners, protect their rights and reunite them with their rightful property.

Claimants' Representative Committee

The Claimants' Representative Committee ensures the association's Owner Representative (OR) membership division supports its mission. The committee is also responsive to the needs of OR members, who represent owners, protect their rights and reunite them with their rightful property.
