Use the form below to submit new, or make changes to existing, Standard (free) and Featured (level two) Listings. Your company provides valuable products and services to the holder community, and we want to be sure holders can find out what you offer and how to get in touch with you through the UPPO Provider Directory.

Paid advertisements, Featured and Main Page Ads, are available on an annual basis. Renewal emails are sent to all service provider members each year.

Main Page Ad Purchase Information

Four (4) Directory Main Page Advertisements are available for purchase each year and are first come, first served.

If the product is sold out, it has either not opened for the next advertising year or is already sold out. Main page ads sell out almost immediately after opening.
2025 Main Page Ad purchases will open on [date TBD]. All active service provider members will be notified by email. The product purchase link will not show in stock/availability until the opening date and time.

Standard (free) listing included with UPPO service provider memberships.
Company name, contact name, phone number, email address, and category selections are required in order to be listed in the Provider Directory.
Organization *Enter your company's name as you would like it to appear in the Provider Directory.
Contact Name *Enter the contact name you would like to be listed in the Provider Directory.
Email address *Enter the email address of your Provider Directory's contact person.
Contact Phone Number *Enter the phone number of your Provider Directory's contact person.
Category selection disclaimer
Every listing includes placement in up to 3 categories. You may choose 4 or more categories for an additional cost of $10 per category per year for a standard listing or $25 per category per year for a featured listing.
Category options *Select the categories you would like your company to be listed in. Three choices are included with free listings. Confirmation of category selections: *Three categories are included in each free Provider Directory listing. Additional category listings may be purchased for $10 per category, per year.	Invoice me for 4 or more categories at $10 per category per year. Do not invoice me - only 3 category options are needed.
Corporate Asset Recovery
Corporate Asset Recovery listings in the UPPO Provider Directory will designate whether members have undergone a background check. Please make sure to update your listing and respond to the new background check question to ensure your listing is complete and accurate.
Background check definition
A background search shall be national in scope and include bankruptcy records. Furthermore, the background search shall identify any crimes involving theft and/or dishonesty.

International Business
Listings for service provider members that have notified UPPO they do business internationally include a designation noting they do business in Canada, the United Kingdom and/or other countries.
