Eligibility

Membership is open to legal entities (corporations, partnerships or individuals) that are holders of unclaimed property, service providers to the unclaimed property industry, and other groups that act as agents or consultants of legal entities. Please note that entities acting on behalf of a state or governmental jurisdiction are not eligible for UPPO membership. Read full membership eligibility requirements.
