On June 2, 2017, Delaware Senate Bill 79 was amended to include, among other things, a change to the date for adopting estimation regulations to create consistency in all audit examinations and voluntary disclosures. Under S.B. 79's original language, the secretary of finance, in consultation with the secretary of state, had until July 1, 2017, to adopt such regulations. The proposed new date is Dec. 1, 2017.
