The Arkansas Auditor’s Office has announced an unclaimed property holder seminar on Sept. 30, 2024. Attendees can choose to attend the seminar in the morning or afternoon, and in person or online. Participants will:

Discuss how to ensure compliance with state escheat laws for the 2024 reporting cycle.
Identify strategies on how to minimize the risk of an unclaimed property audit.
Review best practices that will help maximize the return of property to the rightful owners.
