Primary members will need to have their passwords reset by UPPO staff due to a limitation of the system.

Note: using this form does not reset your password instantly. If you require immediate assistance, please call Brianne Scott at (763) 253-4346 during her office hours: Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Central.

 

For all other members, please enter the email address or username associated with your UPPO member profile below and then click “Reset Password.” Once submitted, an email will be sent to the email address on file and will include a link back to the site to reset your password.

Upon submitting a valid username or email address, an email will be sent to the address associated with your profile. The email will contain a link back to our website which will allow you to reset your password.

You may need to check your email program's SPAM filter as this "Reset Password" email may be treated as SPAM.
