Change in 2010 Report Deadline and End Date

The Arizona legislature in its Fourth Special Session passed and the Governor signed into law yesterdaya budget bill which includes language that reduces the dormancy periods of most property by at least one year. The dormancy period for traveler’s checks is reduced from 15 years to 3 years and the dormancy period for money orders is reduced from 7 years to 3 years.
