Ensure your hotel accommodations are reserved, and proper amount of payment is ready prior to arriving at the UPPO registration desk. Entrance to the conference will not be granted without payment at the time of registration. UPPO does not have an attendee limit - all qualified attendees will be accepted.

All meals and events (excluding the scholarship program event) are included in the price of registration. The guest registration does not include educational sessions.
Event cancellation policy
Fifty percent of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received prior to Feb. 1, 2018. Cancellations received after Feb. 1, 2018, are not refundable. This UPPO room block is at capacity. The Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Downtown Convention Center is located .1 miles from the Annual Conference location.
Tampa International Airport (TPA) is approximately 7 miles from the Downtown Tampa Hotels, making all modes of transportation easy and affordable.
Taxi service by Yellow Cab and United Cab is available at the TPA curbside outside the baggage claim level. Follow the overhead signage to the proper doors. Both companies charge the same fares: $2.50, plus $2.40 per mile. The minimum fee from the airport is $15. There is a flat rate fee of $25 to downtown Tampa hotels.
Shared Ride Shuttles
Airport limos and share passenger van service is available through advance reservation or walk-up booking. Enclosed, air conditioned lobbies are available at either end of the baggage claim areas for passengers to wait until shared vans are ready for boarding. Both local companies charge between $22-$25 roundtrip.

Kick-off the conference with a social event to meet fellow attendees, and discuss compliance solutions with exhibitors. Appetizers and drinks will be served.
Monday, March 5; 5 - 6 p.m.
Join us for a 60 minute, guided water taxi and enjoy beautiful views as you cruise along the Tampa Riverwalk, Harbour Island and Channelside Districts. You will truly enjoy all the sights that Tampa has to offer on the Pirate Water Taxi.
All proceeds will benefit the UPPO Scholarship Program.

Cruise by spectacular mansions and Florida’s largest seaport, in route to beautiful Tampa Bay. You will experience the best views of Tampa’s magnificent and growing skyline! View abundant wildlife from pelicans to pods of dolphins! After dinner enjoy the beautiful Florida weather by networking with friends or by dancing on the lovely lounge deck.
