  • Topic of the Quarter - Third Party Administrators (TPAs)
    • Intro:
      • How to determine if and when TPAs are responsible for escheat
      • Record retention policies and suggested practices
    • TPAs from the benefit side:
      • How to communicate with benefit providers about unclaimed property
      • How ERISA preemptions and retained asset accounts may play a role
    • TPAs from the payroll side:
      • Suggested practices on how outstanding checks are handled
      • Understanding your responsibilities in capturing all of your abandoned property in this realm
  • Open Questions & Answers
