Unclaimed Property Professionals Organization (UPPO) thrives because its members believe in the importance of continued education and professional development. To foster an environment of continuing education, UPPO established a scholarship program to financially assist members and members’ children continue their education in college or vocational school programs.Annually, UPPO awards one individual with a $1,000 scholarship that can be renewed up to three times. Prior to applying please read the program rules and application submission instructions.
Dependent* children, age 25 and under, of full-time employees of UPPO members who have been named by the member organization as an authorized representative.
High school seniors or graduates or be current post-secondary undergraduates or graduate students.
*Dependent children are defined as biological children, stepchildren or legally adopted children living in the employee’s household or primarily supported by the employee.
Regular full-time employees of UPPO members who have been designated by the member organization as authorized representatives and not eligible for tuition reimbursement by the member organization.
- Plan to enroll in full-time** post high school studies including undergraduate or graduate study at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, vocational-technical school or graduate school for the entire upcoming academic year.
**Employees of Unclaimed Property Professionals Organization members may be enrolled part-time (minimum 6 credits).
