The Holders Seminar – Atlanta is a robust unclaimed property primer for professionals. The 1.5 day agenda boasts two learning tracks which are perfect for beginner and intermediate professionals.  Sessions offer the information holders need to know to establish and sustain an effective unclaimed property program. Learning Objectives

Basic: Upon completion of the seminar, beginning participants will gain a better understanding of the reporting requirements and sourcing rules relating to unclaimed property. Additionally, participants will enhance their unclaimed property knowledge by networking with their industry peers, other holders, state representatives and service providers regarding industry standards and current issues surrounding unclaimed property.

Intermediate:  Upon completion of the seminar, participants will be able to organize (transform or streamline) their escheatment department and identify (evaluate or assess) process weaknesses in order to implement suggested best practices. Intermediate level participants will further their unclaimed property knowledge by continued networking with their peers, including Holders, state representatives and service providers regarding issues affecting their industry and current issues surrounding unclaimed property.   
Dress Code:

Welcome reception is casual dress.  Appropriate attire for the seminar is business casual.  You may want to bring a light sweater or jacket for air conditioned meeting rooms.

Cancellation Policy:   Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received prior to Aug. 8, 2014. Cancellations received after that date are non-refundable.
